How can I restore my purchase?

ANDROID:

First of all, make sure that you are well connected to the Wifi and that you are connected with the same Google Play account you used to make your purchase. 
Then, go to the app's settings. Scroll down, press "App restore" and click on "Clear temporary data"




iOS:

First of all, make sure that you are well connected to the Wifi and that you are connected with the same App Store account you used to make your purchase. 
Then, go to the app's settings. Scroll down and press "Restore purchase". 




WINDOWS PC/TABLET/PHONE:

To restore your purchases, you should:

 
  • Make sure that you are well connected to the Wifi and that you are connect with the same Windows Store account you used to purchased your Full version.
  • Go in the settings of the app
  • Click on 'restore'
  • Click on 'restore items'
